Tap right heel forward, keep weight on left foot while grinding heel out to the right
3&4
Triple step right, left, right in place
5-6
Rock forward on left foot, recover onto the right
7-8
Rock back on left foot, recover onto the right

Tap left heel forward, keep weight on right foot while grinding heel out to the left

Triple step left, right, left in place

Rock forward on right foot, recover onto the left

EXTENDED SIDE SHUFFLE RIGHT, CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, SHUFFLE ¼ TURN

Step right to right side, close left foot next to right, step right to right side, close left next to right

Cross rock left over right, recover onto right
