Tap right heel forward, keep weight on left foot while grinding heel out to the right

Triple step right, left, right in place
5-6
Rock forward on left foot, recover onto the right

Rock back on left foot, recover onto the right

Tap left heel forward, keep weight on right foot while grinding heel out to the left
