Step right to right side, rock left slightly behind right, recover onto right (crossing slightly over left).
3-4 &
Step left to left side, rock right slightly behind left, recover onto left (crossing slightly over right).
5-6 &
Step right to right side, step left back, step right beside left,
7-8 &
Step left forward, step right forward, turn ½ left (weight ends on left).
 
Basic right, basic left, ¼ turn, full turn right, step, full turn left
1-2 &
Step right to right side, rock left slightly behind right, recover onto right (crossing slightly over left).
3-4 &
Step left to left side, rock right slightly behind left, recover onto left (crossing slightly over right).
5-6 &
Turn ¼ right step right forward, turn ½ right step left back, turn ½ right step right forward
7-8 &
Step left forward, turn ½ left step right back, turn ½ left step left forward.
(optional 6 – 8 &; walk forward instead of full turn)
