Walk forward three steps, right-left-right, kick your left foot forward

Walk back three steps, left-right-left, touch your right toe next to left foot.

Touch right heel forward, hook right heel in front of left knee, touch right heel forward, step right foot in place

Touch left heel forward, hook left heel in front of right knee, touch left heel forward, step left foot in place

Step right foot forward to the right diagonal, left foot swings to the back of the right knee, slap with right hand

Step left foot backward to the left diagonal, right foot swings to the back of the left knee, slap with left hand

Step right foot backwards to the right diagnal, left foot swings to the back of the right knee, slap with right hand

Turning 1/4 to the right, step left foot to the left side, touch right toe next to left foot
