Cross right over left (prepare to turn to the right), step back on the left a ¼ turn right, continue turning right with a ¼ side step onto the right

Step back onto the left, step across onto right, step forward a ¼ turn left onto left
 
Rock, Recover, And Hip Shaking Goodness
1-2&3
Rock right forward, recover on left, step back onto right, cross left over right to a ¼ turn right
4-5&
Step slightly to the right side onto the right a ¼ turn, cross the left over the right, step the weight onto the right slightly turning to the right
6-8
Keep this motion going rolling the hips right to left for a half turn weight ending on the left
 
½ Turn, ¼ Turn, A Step Or 2 And A ½
1-2&3
Step right forward, turn a ½ turn to the left taking the weight, step the right to the right side a ¼ turn, cross left over right
