Step left foot side, hold

Rock right foot back, left foot in place

Repeat 1-6

Step right foot forward, hold

Step left foot forward, hold

Turn ½ right, rock right foot back, left foot in place

Repeat

Step right foot slightly forward and swivel it to the right, hold

Step left foot slightly forward and swivel it to the left, hold

Repeat the swivel steps from counts 1 and 3 (no holds), but curving to the left
