Rock forward on right foot, recover weight onto left foot, (release left hands raise right) ½ turn right with right, left, right, (rejoin in side by side)

Touch left heel forward, touch left toe back, left shuffle forward

Touch right heel forward, hook across left shin, step forward on right foot, touch left by right

Step back on left foot, touch right by left, (release right hands raise left) step forward with right pivot half turn to left, (rejoin in side by side)
