The dance is written to be also done as a couples dance. Start facing with partner using opposite foot throughout. On the whip turn, the partner does the following steps:
1-2Rock left foot across in front of right foot, recover right foot
3&4Step left foot to left/close right foot to left foot, step left foot to left
5-6Rock right foot in front of left foot, turning full left turn recover left foot
7&8Step right foot to right/close left foot to right foot, step right foot to right
HAND TO HAND CHA, WHIP TURN CHA
9-10Rock left foot behind the right foot, recover right foot
11&12Repeat beats 3&4
13-14Step right foot back turning ¼ left, step left foot to left turning ¼ left
15&16Step right foot to right/close left foot to right foot, step right foot to right

17-19Rock left foot diagonal forward & right, recover right foot, step left foot to left
20-22Rock right foot diagonal forward & left, recover left foot, step right foot to right
23-25Repeat beats 17-19
FRONT VINE 3 / SIDE ROCK, SIDE STOMP, HOLD 3
26-28&Cross right foot in front of left foot, step left foot to left, cross right foot behind left foot/rock left foot to left
29-32Stomp right foot to right (with weight) with arms out stretched to sides, hold for 3 beats
