Step forward on right foot, touch left toe behind right foot

Step back on left foot, touch right heel forward

Step right foot in place, step left together with right

Step right to side, step left next to right

Turn ¼ to right stepping forward on right, continue to turn right ¼ more on ball of right and hitch left knee up

Step left to side, step right next to left

Turn ¼ to left stepping forward on left, continue to turn left ¼ more on ball of left and hitch right knee up

Rock forward on right, step left in place

Step right next to left, hold

Rock forward on left, step right in place

Step left next to right, hold

Cross step right over left, step left to side, cross step right behind left

Turn ¼ left stepping forward on left

Step forward on right, turn ½ left, step left in place

Walk forward right, left (small steps)
