Section 1: Walk-walk, R anchor step, back-back, L anchor step

Walk forward R (1), then L (2). R anchor step: rock R behind L (7), recover forward L (&), rock R behind L (8). Angle slightly to the right diagonal as you do the rocks.

Walk back L (5), then R (6). L anchor step: rock L behind R (7), recover forward R (&), rock L behind R (8). Angle slightly to the left diagonal on the rocks.
Section 2: Syncopated side rocks, jazz box quarter turn

You're No Good. You can dance through the music without any changes. Or you can do a restart on wall 6 after 20 counts. Wall 6 starts at 3:00; dance through the jazz box and first set of sways, then restart, at 6:00. Note that the music shifts to instrumental about 2 and a half minutes in; just keep dancing to the end, finishing at the front wall, or stop the music short if you like. Note if you are dancing only 16 counts, do a V step tag after wall 11. This will be at 9:00. Wall 11 will be the third time the dance starts at the back wall.
Break My Stride. On Wall 2, starting at 3:00, dance 16 counts, through the jazz box, then restart at 6:00. The 16-count version requires no restarts.
Angel Eyes. On wall 3, starting at 6:00, dance 20 counts to 9:00, through the first sway set, then add a V step, then restart. For the 16-count version, restart after 8 counts on wall 5.
NOTE: This dance is aimed at teaching the anchor step as well as syncopated side rocks. You can dance just the first 16 counts of the dance if you wish. An unsyncopated option for the first set of these, in Section 2, would be R side, touch, L side, touch.
