SECTION 1 — SIDE, TOGETHER, SIDE, TOUCH (R & L)

Step right to right side, step left beside right

Step right to right side, touch left beside right (add a hip bump or smile here)

Step left to left side, step right beside left

Step left to left side, touch right beside left
Smooth styling: Soft glide, knees slightly bent.
Energetic touch: Add small hip bumps or claps on touches.
 
SECTION 2 — WALK BACK × 3, TOUCH, STEP FWD × 3, SCUFF

Walk back R-L, walk back R

Touch left toe beside right (tap hat or snap)
5-6-7
Walk forward L-R-L

Scuff right foot forward (tiny kick or boot swish)
Smooth: Controlled steps, light rise through body.
Energetic: Small bounce or heel clicks on counts 8 & 4.
 
SECTION 3 — JAZZ BOX ¼ TURN RIGHT

Turn ¼ right stepping right to side

Repeat jazz box (another ¼ right turn) — you’ll now face the back wall
Smooth: Flow through turns, let shoulders lead.
Energetic: Add a slight heel-dig or clap on the final count.
 
SECTION 4 — ROCKING CHAIR + ¼ TURN STEP TOUCH

Rock forward on right, recover onto left

Rock back on right, recover onto left

Step forward on right making ¼ turn right

Smooth: Flowing weight change in rocking chair.
Energetic: Add a head nod or clap on 8.
