Step forward on R [3], turn ½ over left shoulder transferring weight to L [4]
5 - 6
Rock forward on R [5], recover back onto L [6]

Step R back [7], step L back to meet R [&], step R forward [8]
[9 - 16] KICK BALL CHANGE X2, STEP HITCH, STOMP STOMP
1 & 2
Kick L on a diagonal across [1], step L in place lifting R [&], step R in place [2]
3 & 4
Kick L on a diagonal across [3], step L in place lifting R [&], step R in place [4]
Modification 1-4 Put hands on hips. On the kicks, pull right shoulder forward and left shoulder back then bring shoulders back to middle.
5, 6
Step forward on L [5], hitch R knee forward [6]
Modification Clasp hands in front of you as if grabbing a dagger [5], thrust hands into your gut [6]
7, 8
Step R in place [7], step L in place [8]
[17 - 24] ¼ HIP SWIVELS, TWIST KNEES X2
1 - 4
Swivel hips in counter clockwise circle while stepping R, L, R, L and making a ¼ turn left
Modification Stiffen knees and rock from foot to foot like a zombie while turning ¼ left
5 - 8
Twist R and L knee inwards, twist knees out, twist knees in, twist knees out
Modification Bring arms above your head with hands as claws [on 4, 6, and 8], thrust your arms forward [on 5, 7, and 1]. Repeat
[25 - 32] WALK FORWARD, KICK, WALK BACK, TOUCH
1 - 4
Walk forward R, L, R, kick L forward
5 - 8
Walk back L, R, L, touch R next to L
Modification Hold arms straight out in front like a zombie
