We choreographed this ‘dance’ in response to requests from our dancers, and others going through our Line Dance Instructor Certification, to provide a step sheet for the warm-up we do in our weekly classes.
 
Intro: starts at approx. 8 secs
 
SECTION 1: Heel Strut Forward R/L x 2, Toe Strut Back R/L x 2 (moving slightly forward & back)
