Rock forward on R (arms go up beside your body like wings), recover on L (arms go back down) (12:00)

step back on R, turn ½ L and step forward on L, step forward on R, turn ½ L and step forward on L

step L out to L diagonal, step R out to R diagonal, step L back in, step R back in
 
Tag in wall 8 then Restart (see at the bottom for Tag)
 
SEC 2 Night Club Basic L and R, ¼ R, Side, Behind, Turn ¼ L, Step Turn ½ L, Ball Step

Step L to L side, step R slightly back next to L, cross L over R
3 4&
Step R to R side, step L slightly back next to R, turn ¼ R and step forward on R (3:00)

Step R to R side and push R shoulder to side, push R hip to side

push hip and shoulder in smooth wave back to normal position over 2 counts and take weight on L foot

cross R over L, step L to L side, cross R behind L

Step L to L side, twist upper body to L and dip in L knee as prep for turn to R
 
SEC 4 Full Pirouette R x2, Ball, Rock Step with Body Wave, Back, Point, ½ Turn R

Turn ¼ R and step forward on R and turn ½ R, step down on L and finish full turn (9:00)
3 4
Step forward on R and turn ½ R, step down on L and finish full turn
&5 6
step forward on R ball, rock forward on L, recover on R (do a body wave over 5 6 Rock Step)
&7 8
Step back on L, point R back, turn ½ R on L with weight remaining on L so R points forward (when starting in a new wall you only have to put your weight on R for the Rock Step in SEC1) (3:00)
 
Tag 4 counts after wall 3 & 8 (after SEC 1)

do a circle with your arms – up in front of you – over your head – down beside body
