[1-8] The floor has 8 counts to finish the wave from L to R. When it’s your turn in the wave, step RF toward 3:00 in running stance w/ arms windmilling clockwise. Hold position until counts “&8”. Everyone on floor will hitch L knee up (&), step LF back down (8).
 
[9-16] Repeat counts 1-8 w/ wave going R to L ending at 9:00. Hitch R knee up (&), step R back (8).
Repeat counts 1-16 but end your turn in the wave during the final round in the standing position you started.
Repeat the wave until count 32 – arms come to the “T” at end of your turn in the last wave.
