On count 1 you are turning to face OLOD and bringing hands into tandem position.

On count 5 you are turning to face LOD and returning hands to side-by-side position.

 

[9-16] ¼ turn right stepping side right, cross front, side, cross front, rock side, replace making 1/8 turn left, repeat

On count 1 you are turning to face OLOD and bringing hands into tandem position.
