1st 8 count- R- Cross Rock,Step, L-Cross Rock, Step, R-Fwd Rock, R-Back Sweep, L-Back Sweep

1-&2-3-&-4

RF cross step in front of LF (1), recover on LF(&), step RF beside LF(2), LF cross step In front of RF(3), recover on RF(&), step LF beside RF(4)

5-6-7-8

Step RF forward(5), recover on LF(6), sweep RF in a semi circle to R stepping back(7), sweep LF in a semi circle to the L stepping back(8)

2nd 8 count- L-Knee Hitch, R-Heel Slap, R-Fwd Shuffle, L-Fwd shuffle

1-2-3-4

Step RF forward(1), hitch LF knee, slap with R hand(2), step LF back(3), flick RF heel up behind L leg and slap with L hand(4)

5-&-6-7-&-8

Step RF forward(5), slide LF beside RF(&), step RF forward(6), step LF forward(7), slide RF beside LF(&), step LF forward(8)

3rd 8 count- R-Rock,Recover L to R-¼ Turn, R-Shuffle, L-Cross Rock, L-Shuffle

1-2-3-&-4

Step RF forward(1), recover on LF while turning body to R(3:00 wall)(2), step RF to R side(3:00wall)(3), slide LF beside RF(&), step RF to R side(4)

5-&-6-7-8

Cross rock LF in front of RF(5), recover on RF(6), step LF to L side(7), slide RF beside LF(&) step LF to L side(8)

Alternately, you can replace the shuffles with spins after you rock/recover

4th 8 count- R-Heel Grind, R-Coaster Step, L-Heel Grind, L-Coaster Step

1-2-3-&-4

Place RF heel forward(1) pivot or grind heel to R(2), step RF back(3), step LF beside RF(&) step RF forward(4)

5-6-7-&-8

Place LF heel forward(5), pivot or grind heel to L(6), step LF back(7), step RF beside LF(&) step LF forward(8)
