This dance was choreographed as a tribute to my favorite breakfast restaurant for many years – (ROSSI’S DINER in South Daytona, Florida). A special thank you to all – the entire Rossi family – from the ownership, the management, the waitresses, the chefs, and the entire team that comprises fluidity in motion – just like a well-oiled machine. Consistency of perfection and customer satisfaction is always in order – from great food, great prices – and a Public Relations lady that everyone knows dearly and welcomes everyone with open arms, while keeping everything running efficiently. Yes, Bernadette – I always pick my seat “on the rail” where the show never ends
