This dance was choreographed as a tribute to my favorite breakfast restaurant for many years – (ROSSI’S DINER in South Daytona, Florida). A special thank you to all – the entire Rossi family – from the ownership, the management, the waitresses, the chefs, and the entire team that comprises fluidity in motion – just like a well-oiled machine.
