LF step fwd, RF tap behind LF, RF step back, LF tap next to RF

LF step fwd, RF step next to LF, LF step fwd, hold count 8

RF step fwd, ¼ pivot turn over LT shoulder, RF step next to LF, hold count 4

Both heels swivel to RT, both heels back to center, out to RT again, back to center again
