With feet slightly apart and weight centered, roll hips counter-clockwise ending with weight on right foot and right hip pushed out to right side
&4&
Bump hips left, right, left ending with weight on left foot and left hip pushed out to left side
5&6
Rock right to right side, recover weight to left, cross right over left
7-8&
Step left to left side, step right behind left, ¼ turn left stepping forward on left (9:00)
 
WALK FORWARD x2, ½ CHASE TURN, SYNCOPATED ROCKING CHAIR, KNEE LIFT, SMALL RUNS FORWARD x2
1-2
Walk forward right, walk forward left
3-4&
Step forward on right, pivot ½ turn left transferring weight to left, step forward on right (3:00)
5&6&
Rock forward on left, recover weight to right, rock back on left, recover weight to right

Step forward on left while lifting right knee slightly (keep it tucked in close to left leg), step forward on right, step forward on left (small steps/runs)
