Rock forward on R, recover weight to L.

Step back on R, close L beside R, cross R over L.

Rock L to L side, recover weight to R making a ¼ turn R (weight forward on R).
7&8
Step forward on L, close R beside L, step forward on L. (3 o’clock).
 
FORWARD ROCK RECOVER, TOUCH BACK, TWIST ¼ TURN R, TWIST ¼ TURN L, STEP BACK, POINT & POINT.

Rock forward on R, recover weight to L.

Touch R toe back.

On balls of both feet twist a ¼ turn R, on balls of both feet twist a ¼ turn L (weight back on R).
