6, 7 Rock forward on L, recover on R

10-17 1/4 Turn Right Sway, Cha Cha Right, Rock, Recover, Cha Cha Left 
2, 3 Make 1/4 turn over right shoulder sway on R, Sway back on L (9:00) 
4&5 Step R to right side, L together, R to right side 
6, 7 Rock L forward across right, recover on R 
8&1 Step L to left side, R together, L to left side
