Shuffle backwards, stepping left right left

Shuffle (turning to right), stepping right left right

Rock forward on left foot, rock back onto right foot

Step left foot to left side, cross step right foot behind left

Step left foot to left side, touch right foot next to left

Shuffle forward, stepping right left right

Shuffle (turning to right), stepping left right left

Rock back onto right foot, step on left

Step right foot to right side, cross step left foot behind right

Step right foot to right side, step left foot next to right

Swivel both heels to the right, swivel both heels to the left

Swivel both heels to the right, turn ¼ to the right (bringing right foot around)

Shuffle backwards, stepping right left right

Rock back onto left foot, step on right

Shuffle forward, stepping left right left

Step on right, pivot turn to the left

Step on right, pivot turn to the left

Touch right heel forward, hook right foot across left knee

Touch right heel forward, touch right toe to back

Step right foot to right side, cross step left foot behind right

Step right (turning to the right), touch left foot next to right

Touch left heel forward, hook left foot across right knee
