1-2Touch right to right side; step right across in front of left
3Touch left to left side
4Step left on toes to right side of right foot while turning ½ turn on balls of both feet transferring weight to left foot while doing so

5-6Touch right to right side; step right beside left
7-8Touch left to left side; step left beside right
OUTBACK SLAPS:
9-10Touch right forward at 45 degrees; kick right behind left knee and slap right heel with left hand
11-12Touch right forward at 45 degrees; step right beside left
13-14Touch left forward at 45 degrees; kick left behind right knee and slap left heel with right hand
15-16Touch left forward at 45 degrees; step left beside right
