Rock left forward & turn ¼ left, step right in place as you finish the ¼ turn left

SIDE ROCK, SYNCOPATED WEAVE, STEP SIDE & MOVE HIPS LEFT & RIGHT, TURN ¼ RIGHT, TOUCH TOGETHER AS YOU RAISE ARMS & SNAP FINGERS
