Rock forward onto left foot, step in place on right foot

Touch right toe behind, pivot ½ turn right on ball of left foot and right toe

Step left foot to left side, cross right foot behind left

Shuffle forward on right-left-right

Turning ½ right on ball of right foot step back on left foot, step right foot next to left, step left foot next to right
