Step back on left foot ¼ turn right, kick right foot forward

Step back on right foot, rock forward on left foot

Shuffle forward on right left right

Step left foot forward, touch right toe behind left heel

Step back on right foot, pivot on ball of right foot ½ turn left and hook left foot across right

Step forward on left foot, rock back on right foot
