Sweep left toe out to left side, and in an arc forward to 12:00

Step left across right, step back right

On ball of right make ¼ turn left, stepping left to left side, hold

Cross rock right forward across left, rock back onto left

Step right to right side, hold

Cross rock left forward across right, rock back onto right

Step left to left side, hold

Cross right over left, step left to left side turning ¼ right

Step back right, hold

Rock back on left, rock forward onto right

Step forward left, hold

Step forward right, lock left behind right

Step forward right, hold

Step forward left, pivot ¼ turn right, taking weight onto right
