Rock forward onto left foot (toward back wall)

Rock back on right foot

Shuffle on left (turning ½ turn to the left), right, left

Rock forward onto right foot (toward front wall)

Rock back on left foot

Step right to right; step left behind right

Step right to right; step left behind right

Shuffle to the right on right, left, right

Step left to left; step right behind left

Step left to left; step right behind left

Shuffle to the left on left, right, left

Rock forward on right foot; rock in place onto left foot

Rock backward on right foot; rock in place onto left foot

Step forward on right; turn ½ turn to the left on balls of both feet

Step forward on right; turn ¼ turn to the left on balls of both feet

Rock backward onto right foot; rock in place onto left foot

Rock forward onto right foot; rock in place onto left foot (weight must change to left foot)
