Step left foot next to right while snapping right wrist and slapping left hip with left hand to make a "whip" sound

Slide left foot up behind right and step

Place left hand on left hip and step forward on right foot while shaking right forefinger forward

Rock back onto left foot

Step to the right on right foot making a ¼ turn to the right with the step

Brush left foot forward

Cross right foot behind left and step
