11-12Touch out with right heel; step right next to left
13-14Touch out with left heel; cross left foot over right foot
15-16Touch out with left heel; touch back with left toe
17-18Step forward on left foot; kick right foot forward
19-20Step back on right foot; touch back with left toe
21-22Scoot forward twice on right foot, left knee hitch
