Kick right foot in front twice

Step back on right foot, touch left heel in front,

Step back on left touch right heel in front,

Step back on right, touch left heel in front

Place left foot on ground, hitch right leg behind left leg

Slap right heel with left hand, place right foot on floor, hitch left leg, ¼ turn left
