Step diagonally forward Right on the Right foot, step diagonally forward Left on the Left foot.
3-4
Step back to centre on the Right foot, touch Left foot beside Right foot.
5-6
Step diagonally forward Left on the Left foot, step diagonally forward Right on the Right foot.
7-8
Step back to centre on the Left foot, touch Right foot beside Left.
 
Shuffle forward, rock, recover. Shuffle back, rock, recover.
1&2
Step forward on Right foot, step on Left foot beside Right, step forward on Right foot.
3-4
Rock forward on Left foot, recover weight onto Right foot
5&6
Step back on Left foot, step on Right foot beside Left, step back on Left foot.
7-8
Rock back on Right foot, recover weight onto Left foot.
