Step RF back on place and place your LF next to your RF

RF step cross over LF, LF step back, RF step side, LF step cross over RF

Step RF side, Step LF behind RF, Step RF side, Touch LF near RF

Step LF side, Step RF behind LF, Step LF with a ¼ L side, RF swings from behind to the front with the ball of the foot sliding over the ground.

Step RF forward, kick LF forward, step LF back, Touch RF back

Step RF forward, Turn 1/8 left recover on LF (optionally with Hip Roll counterclockwise)
