Section 1: R&L diagonal hip pushes w/ touch or hitch

1,2Step R into R diagonal as you push hip forward, Push hip back putting weight on L

3,4Push R hip forward putting weight on R, Touch L next to R (optional clap)

5,6Step L into L diagonal as you push L hip forward, Push R hip back putting weight on R

7,8Push L hip forward putting weight L, Touch L next to R (optional clap)

Section 2: R&L grapevines (can be Rolling vines)

1,2Step R to R side, Cross L behind R,

3,4Step R to R side, Touch L next to R or Hitch L knee up
