The music in the bridge part is not a waltz rhythm. A musical phrase is repeated twice. On the first phrase, three quarters turn to left over approximately 8 counts. In the second phrase, turn to right in the same way.
1st phrase

2nd phrase
Walk LF fwd, 1/4 Turn to R and walk fwd 3 times (RF, LF, RF)
