Cross rock right over left, recover on left

Turn ¼ right sweeping right back and stepping back on right, step left next to right, step forward on right

Rock forward on left, recover on right
7&8
Step back on left, step right next to left, step forward on left
 
Set 2: Step forward, ½ turn, shuffle forward, step forward, ¼ turn, cross, hold

Step forward on right, turn ½ left, changing weight to left
