SECTION 2: FORWARD ROCK, RECOVER AND 3/8 TURN TO L WITH SWEEP, COASTER STEP, BACKWARD ROCK, RECOVER, BACKWARD ROCK, RECOVER AND FLICK

Rock LF forward, recover on RF and 3/8 turn to L with LF sweep
