Step together L, step R heel in to meet L and rotate on the heel (squaring your body back to 12:00)

Step back R, together L, forward R

[56-64]: Cross over R, ½ turn, side step L w/ body roll, flick behind R, hip bumps R, ½ sailor L (CCW)

Cross L over R, and slowly unwind ½ turn over R shoulder (12:00)

Step side L and body roll towards L foot, flight R toe behind
