walk forward right, left (12:00)
3&4
shuffle forward right, left, left (12:00)
5-6
rock weight forward on right, recover weight back on left (12:00)
7&8
step back on left, step right foot next to left, step left foot forward (12:00)
Section 2: R Heel, Hold / L Heel, Hold / Toe step Toe step / Step ½, Hook.
1-2
touch right heel forward, hold (12:00)
&3-4
step right next to left, touch left heel forward, hold (12:00)
&5&6
step left foot next to right, touch right toe next to left, step right next to left, touch left toe next to right (12:00)
&7-8
step left next to right, step right foot forward, make a ½ turn left as you hook the left foot infront of the right shin (6:00)
Section 3: Shuffle Forward / Rock, Recover / Shuffle Back / Rock, Recover
1&2
shuffle forward left, right, left (6:00)
3-4
rock weight forward on right, recover weight back on left (6:00)
5&6
shuffle back right, left, right (6:00)
7-8
rock weight back on left, recover weight forward on right (6:00)
Section 4: Step, ¼ Hitch / Step, ¼ Hitch / Bump L Hip 2x / Bump R Hip 1x / Recover with ¼ turn Flick
1-2
step left foot forward, make a ¼ turn left as you hitch the right knee up ( 3:00)
3-4
step onto the right foot, make ¼ turn left as your hitch the left knee up (12:00)
5-6
step left to the side and bump hip to the left two times (12:00)
7-8
bump hip once to the right (weight transfers to the right), recover weight onto the left as you make ¼ turn to the right and flick the right foot back (3:00)
