After the coaster step, you will bring your RF to a tap next to the LF (count 7 of Section 2) and at the same time you will reach your arm up in the air and then drop your index finger as if you’re ringing a bell (like one of those silver bells on a desk) and then you will hold count 8 and restart the dance.
