SEC 1 RT STOMP UP X 2,DIAGONAL SHUFFLES, LT FOOT STOMP UP, DIAGONAL SHUFFLES
1-2Stomp right foot X 2
3&4Step right foot fwd, left next to right, step right fwd
5-6Stomp left foot X 2
7&8Step left foot fwd, right next to left, step left fwd

SEC 2 RT and LT SIDE TOGETHER, SIDE TOUCH
1-2Step right to right bending the knees step left next to right
3-4Step right to right (open knees), touch left next to right.

Doing this on the ball of the feet makes it easier.
