step ¼ turn right as you step forward, brush left foot through
Section 3: 2 x toe struts, rocking chair

step left toe forward, drop heel

rock forward on left, recover onto right

rock back on right, recover onto left
Section 4: Step ¼ turn, cross shuffle, side touches
