TOUCH BALL STEP. KNEE PUSH. KNEE POPS ¼ TURN (L,R,L,R). SIDE ROCK, RECOVER.

Touch right toe forward, step back with right, step forward with left.

Push both knees forward raising both heels, place both heels.

Pop left knee forward raising left heel, place left heel.

Make an 1/8 turn right popping right knee forward and raising right heel, place right heel.
