Step left back – right beside left – step left forward

Step/rock right forward – return weight to left - doing a ¼ turn right step right to right side 9:00

Step/rock left to left side – return weight to right – step left forward

Step right forward – left beside right – step right forward

Triple step forward left – right – left doing a full turn right (travelling forward)

Point right to right side – return beside left – left heel forward

Return left beside right – point right behind left – turn ½ to the right with weight on left and push back with body (right foot is in front of left touching only the toe on the floor, weight in on right foot)

Push forward and push again back

Step right forward – left beside right – step right forward

Rock forward with left foot – recover onto right – turn ¼ to the left and step left to side

Step forward with right – step forward with left

Step forward with right – pivot a ¼ turn left

Step forward with right – pivot a ¼ turn left

Step forward with right – pivot a ¼ turn left

Step right forward – left beside right – step right forward

Rock left to left side – recover to right – cross left in front of right

Rock right to right side – recover to left – cross right in front of left

Step left to left side – turn ¼ to right and touch right beside left

Triple step forward right – left – right doing a full turn right (travelling forward)

Step forward with left – pivot a ¼ turn right
