Touch right toe next to left foot (pointing toward left instep), touch right heel next to left foot (toe pointing outward), step back on right foot

Touch left toe next to right foot (pointing toward right instep), touch left heel next to right foot (toe pointing outward), step back on left foot
ROCK, RECOVER, SHUFFLE, SHUFFLE, ROCK, RECOVER

Rock back on right foot, recover weight forward onto left foot

Shuffle forward right, left, right

Shuffle forward left, right, left

Rock forward on right foot, recover weight back onto left foot

Turn ¼ turn to the right and step to the right side with the right foot, cross left foot in front of right foot

Step right foot to right, cross left foot behind right foot

Rock to right side on right foot, recover weight to left foot

Cross right foot over left foot, step left foot to left side, cross right foot over left foot

Step left foot to left side, cross right foot behind left foot

Unwind ½ turn to the right, hold

Rock forward on left foot, recover weight back onto right foot and pivot ½ turn to the left on ball of right foot

Shuffle forward left, right, left
