Rock forward on right, make a ¼ turn to left as you recover on left(feet slightly apart)

Rock weight back onto right side, ¼ turn to left as you recover on left

Touch left toes in front & step left beside right as you ¼ turn right, touch right toes in front

After steps 5-8 you will have completed a ½ turn right
