To "hit the breaks", count 3 sets of 8 from the start of the drums. On that 3rd set, call 5,6,7,8 (you can hear vocals counting in background).

Stomp right foot to right side

Pull & drag right foot in next to left

Put weight on right and clap

Pull & drag left foot in next to right

Touch right foot forward, push off ¼ turn left keeping weight on left foot as you chug

Hop back on left foot and put, your right heel forward at a 45 degree angle (weight is on left foot)

Kick right foot forward (about 6" high) twice
