left toe step forward, push heel down

stomp right foot, stomp left foot

rotate hips counter-clockwise once
Cross Rock, Spin, Cross Rock, ¼ Turn

right foot rocks over left foot, recover on left foot

using your right foot step to the right side into a full turn to the right
