On the heel of left foot and ball of right foot, pivot 1/2 turn right, bringing your left foot down to the floor while the heel of your right foot remains up

Step left foot back, step right foot quarter turn to the right

Stomp left next to right, stomp right next to left, as you bend you knees downward sway your knees to the right

As you bend your knees downward sway your knees to the left, as you bend your knees upward sway your knees to the right, as you bend your knees upward sway your knees to the left (ending with your weight on the left).
